Welcome to FormFuel. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FormFuel mobile application. Please read them carefully before using the app.
By creating an account or using FormFuel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

FormFuel provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
FormFuel and its creators are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or adverse effects resulting from following workout plans, nutrition suggestions, or AI-generated advice provided through the app.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to FormFuel, including progress photos, food logs, and workout data. By uploading content, you grant FormFuel a limited license to store and display that content back to you within the app. We will never share your content publicly or with third parties without your explicit consent.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
FormFuel, including its design, code, branding, workout plans, and AI-generated content, is the property of FormFuel and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of FormFuel without prior written consent.
We strive to keep FormFuel available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, or experience downtime due to factors outside our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormFuel and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, any injuries or health issues related to exercise or diet, unauthorised access to your data, or any errors in AI-generated content or recommendations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app at Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account, or by contacting us at support@formfuel.app. Upon deletion, all your personal data is permanently removed. Any active subscription should be cancelled separately through Apple. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of FormFuel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, we will notify you through the app.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
