How do I reset my password?
Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel or change your plan.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@formfuel.app and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Are my progress photos private?
Yes. All progress photos are stored in a private, encrypted storage bucket. They are only accessible to you via short-lived signed URLs. No one else can see them.
Is the AI coaching medical advice?
No. AI coaching provides general fitness and nutrition suggestions. Always consult a doctor before starting any exercise or diet program.
